Community development
The parish is one of seventeen taking part in the Church and Community Mobilization Programme (CCMP). The CCMP is a Bible-based, guided training approach that local churches are using with their communities. They identify the resources they have, then work together, to bring about long-lasting, whole-life change. As local communities work through the process, they decide which activities will bring about the most effective and positive outcomes for them given their current situations.
The pictures below, taken in March 2024, show the parish putting CCMP agricultural training into practice, and CCMP participants working together on a community project.
