Vision and Mission
Jesus Christ is at the heart of the Vision & Mission of the diocese of Kondoa.
Our Vision is:
Rooted in Jesus Christ
(The Vision & Mission statement will appear here very soon)
And therefore our diocesan mission is:
To build a financially sustainable diocesan structure;
To improve the educational standards of the clergy;
To improve the capacity and resilience of the Diocese;
To shepherd our diocesan community while facing extremely deprived economic issues such as low educational standards, food shortages, poor health care and a range of other daily struggles;
To be a people rooted in prayer
To galvanise links with other denominations locally;
To continue fostering strong and robust relationships with our Anglican brothers and sisters throughout the world.
