Jesus Christ is at the heart of the Vision & Mission of the diocese of Kondoa.

 

 Our Vision is:
 
  • Rooted in Jesus Christ

And therefore our diocesan mission is:
 
  • To build a financially sustainable diocesan structure;
  • To improve the educational standards of the clergy; 
  • To improve the capacity and resilience of the Diocese;
  • To shepherd our diocesan community while facing extremely deprived economic issues such as low educational standards, food shortages, poor health care and a range of other daily struggles; 
  • To be a people rooted in prayer
  • To galvanise links with other denominations locally;
  • To continue fostering strong and robust relationships with our Anglican brothers and sisters throughout the world.
