Prayer request for rain

The Bishop is organising a Diocesan day of prayer and fasting on Wednesday 11 January 2017 and asks for all to participate.  Even if you do not see this post in time, please still pray.

The rains that were due in November 2016 have still not arrived.  Already cows are dying and food prices are escalating. Last year's harvest was fair after the drought the previous year but now, without rain, now there will be no harvest this year. People are already hungry.

Please pray for rain and also for the country's leaders to take action soon.
