2023 a good year: visits from our friends have fully recommenced
We have been delighted to welcome many of our friends this year to Kondoa. It is always a great blessing to us that our friends visit and a source of great encouragement to us and, we believe, to our guests too.
This year, Bishop Jonathan from the Diocese of Rochester, UK, visited for the first time, as part of his visit to our Diocese and the Diocese of Mpwapwa, for the consecration of Bishop Luzineth.
We have also welcomed: a group from St James, Tunbridge Wells (Rochester Diocese UK), who support our CCMP community development programme; a group from our link Diocese of East Tennessee; a group from St Augustine’s, Bromley (Rochester Diocese) (linked with Mwaikisabe); Phil and Ann Aspen (leading our clergy and catechists’ conferences); a group of good friends from New Zealand; Rev Frances and Dan Thomas, good friends from US; a group from Tonbridge Parish Church (Rochester) linked with the parish of Kondoa and a group from St Andrew's, Paddock Wood (Rochester ) linked with Bereko.
Many of our guests joined the Bishop on his confirmation visits, and other Diocesan events such as laying foundation stones in new church buildings. Please click on the links below to see a few videos of the worship that we hope will give you joy.
